Ingredients
- 1 package Pepperidge Farm puff pastry (17.3 oz, 2 sheets)
- 1 package Hillshire Farm Lit’l Smokies (28 oz)
- 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup everything bagel seasoning
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
1.
Remove the puff pastry sheets from the package and roll them out.
2.
Cut each sheet into 18 equal rectangles, approximately 2½ x 1½ inches.
3.
Remove the Lit’l Smokies from the package and pat dry with paper towels.
4.
Place one sausage on each pastry rectangle. Roll the pastry around the sausage, leaving the ends exposed, and crimp the edge to seal.
5.
Place each wrapped sausage seam-side down on a parchment- or silicone-lined baking sheet.
6.
Brush each piece with melted butter.
7.
Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan and everything bagel seasoning.
8.
Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F.
9.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
