Ingredients
- 1 lb cavatappi pasta, cooked for 7 minutes
- 2 (425 g) jars medium queso
- ½ cup pasta water
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 small can diced green chiles
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
Instructions

Preheat the Grill. Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F.

Prepare the Sauce. In a large bowl, combine the pasta water, queso, 1½ cups shredded cheddar, milk, and diced green chiles. Stir until well mixed.
3.
Add the Pasta. Fold the cooked pasta into the queso mixture until evenly coated.
4.
Assemble the Mac & Cheese. Spray a half-size pan with nonstick spray and pour in the pasta mixture. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and dried chives.
5.
Bake. Place the pan on the Traeger grill and cook for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling
