- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
- 8–10 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional)
- Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions
1.
Preheat the Traeger grill to 400°F.
2.
Place the asparagus in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with cracked black pepper and lemon zest if using. Toss to coat.
3.
Wrap each asparagus spear with a half slice of prosciutto, spiraling it around the spear.
4.
Place the wrapped asparagus directly on the grill grates or on a grill basket.
5.
Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning once, until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is lightly crisped.
6.
Remove from the grill and drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve warm.
