Description
Sweet, smoky baked beans with sliced sausage, peaches, peppers, and BBQ sauce, slow-smoked for deep flavor.
Ingredients
- ½ lb smoked sausage (mild or hot), sliced
- 2 (28 oz) cans baked beans
- 1 (29 oz) can peach slices in syrup
- 1 white onion, finely diced
- 1 green pepper, finely diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- 4 oz canned mild green chilies
- 2 tbsp BBQ rub
Instructions

In a grill-safe pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and green pepper until softened.

Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and add the sausage slices. Cook until lightly browned.

Add the baked beans, peach slices (with or without syrup depending on desired sweetness), BBQ sauce, mustard, green chilies, and BBQ rub. Stir to combine.
4.
Preheat your Traeger grill to 250°F.
5.
Place the pan on the grill and cook for 3 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
Serving
Serve hot alongside your favorite BBQ dishes.
