Ingredients
- 1 lb center-cut thin bacon
- Traeger Pork & Poultry Rub or your favorite sweet-savory pork barbecue rub
- ½ cup maple syrup
Instructions

Preheat your grill to 225–250°F.

Line a baking sheet with a mesh baking rack and spray the rack generously with nonstick spray.
3.
Arrange the bacon slices in a single layer on the rack.
4.
Brush each slice with maple syrup, then sprinkle lightly with the barbecue rub.
5.
Place the rack on the grill and cook for 1–2 hours, until the bacon is fully cooked and the maple glaze has caramelized.
6.
Remove from the grill and allow the bacon to cool completely before serving or using in recipes.
