Ingredients
- 2 packages cream cheese (16 oz total), softened
- 1 cup shredded aged cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- ½ cup finely minced cooked double-smoked bacon
- ¼ cup finely minced chives
- 1 tsp sriracha hot chili sauce
- 1 tsp all-purpose BBQ rub
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
Instructions

Preheat your Traeger grill to 275°F.

In a disposable aluminum pan, combine all ingredients and mix well.
3.
Place the pan on the grill and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.
Cook until the dip is hot, melted, and bubbling.
Serving
Serve warm with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
