Ingredients
Crust
- 3 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, melted
Peanut Butter Layer
- 4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 8 cups powdered sugar
- 1½ cups salted butter, room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer
- 6 cups dark melting chocolate
Instructions

Preheat the Grill. Preheat the grill to 350°F.

Prepare the Crust. In a bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into a 17 × 12 × 1-inch baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat.

Bake the Crust. Place the pan on the grill and bake for 10–15 minutes, until set. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
4.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer. In a stand mixer combine peanut butter, room temperature butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
5.
Assemble the Bars. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust using the back of a spoon or an offset spatula.
6.
Add the Chocolate. Sprinkle the dark melting chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer. Return the pan to the grill and cook for 10–15 minutes, until the chocolate melts.
7.
Finish. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.
8.
Chill. Refrigerate until firm, then cut into squares before serving.
