Ingredients
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 15 jumbo marshmallows, halved
- 14 oz graham cracker squares
- ½ cup Skor bits
Instructions
1.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
2.
Preheat your Traeger grill to 300°F.
3.
Arrange the graham cracker squares in a grill-safe baking dish or skillet.
4.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the crackers.
5.
Top with the marshmallow halves and sprinkle with Skor bits.
6.
Place the dish on the grill and cook for 35–45 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
7.
Serve warm with additional graham cracker squares for dipping.
