Instructions

1.

Preheat your Traeger grill to 275°F.

2.

Season the rack of baby back ribs generously with the pork and poultry rub.

3.

Place the ribs on the grill and cook at 275°F, spritzing lightly with apple juice every 45 minutes.

4.

Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.

5.

Remove the ribs from the grill and wrap tightly in foil with ¾ cup apple juice. Return the wrapped ribs to the grill.

6.

Cook until the internal temperature reaches about 210°F and the ribs are very tender.

7.

Remove the ribs from the grill and allow them to rest in the foil for 30 minutes.

8.

Carefully remove all the bones from the rack, keeping the meat as intact as possible.

9.

Butter the sandwich rolls and toast them until lightly golden.

10.

Cut the rib meat into portions roughly ¼ rack per sandwich and place onto the toasted rolls. Slather generously with sweet honey barbecue sauce.

11.

Top with dill pickle chips and sliced sweet Texas onions.

12.

Serve immediately.
