Ingredients
- 2–2½ lb ham steaks
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup honey
- ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup sriracha
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1.
Preheat your Traeger grill to 400°F.

Pat the ham steaks dry with paper towels.
3.
In a small saucepan combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Warm over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
4.
Place the ham steaks on the grill and cook for 4–6 minutes. Brush with the glaze.
5.
Flip the ham steaks, brush with additional glaze, and grill for another 4–6 minutes until heated through and lightly caramelized.
Serving
Serve hot with additional glaze if desired.
